Sonyk Vision (the club)Vision Pro
On Apple Vision Pro, Sonyk isn't a window — it's a venue. You stand in a DJ booth on a riser, the room stretches out in front of you, and a crowd dances to whatever you're actually playing. Every instrument, the sequencer and the DJ decks are the same engine as every other platform; the club is the room they live in.
The room
- The crowd reacts to the music — it dances on your beat, and the runway cast vogues, prances and duckwalks when the spotlight finds them.
- The mirror ball is dark until light hits it, then throws a constellation of soft dots that sweep the walls with its rotation and are occluded by the crowd and the booth.
- STROBE, DIM and PULSE on the transport bar drive the room's lighting; DIM pulls the whole floor toward black for a breakdown.
Junior's spotlight
An old-school followspot sits on the desk. Grab the barrel to aim it by hand, or let it follow your gaze — lazily, like an operator rather than a head-lock. Point it at the dancefloor and the runway forms; point it at the ball and the room erupts. Two buttons on the desk: MUSIC brings the boards back with the lamp still running, OFF kills it.
If the room misbehaves
The club is the costume; the instruments are the product. In the plain window before you enter, SCENE OFF boots straight to the instruments and RESET LAYOUT brings every board home. A launch that fails before drawing a frame turns the scene off by itself, so a bad setting can never cost you more than one relaunch.
