Euclidean rhythms
The Euclidean panel generates rhythms by spreading pulses as evenly as possible across steps, with optional rotation. (3, 8) is the classic tresillo — try it on a kick or clap.
Knobs
- Steps — total grid length to fill (1–64).
- Pulses — how many of those steps fire (≤ steps).
- Rotation — shift the pattern start so the pulses land on different beats.
TipCombine Euclidean generation with Drift on the
euclideanRotation parameter to get a slowly rotating polyrhythm that never repeats exactly.
